Im kind of sad hes retiring. I used to watch him play in his prime and he was one hell of a player. I wish him luck with the rest of his life.

If the Vikings really did have any interest in Driver, it gives a pretty good indication of two things:

1) What they think of the receivers they currently have under contract (apparently, not much).

2) How high they'll be shooting in free agency. I think that you can cross Jennings, Wallace and Bowe off your list.

Well, that's the name of that tune. There will be no signing with the Vikings.

Good luck to Driver with his post-football life. He was a heck of a receiver.

We can always send Allen, Charlie Johnson, and Walsh to talk him out of it

HAhaha... Don't give them any ideas...
The Devil whispered in the Viking's ear, "There's a storm coming." The Viking replied, "I am the storm." ‪#‎SKOL2018

So this was a non-story by his agent...who didn't know he was planning on retiring?

I feel like there's more to it now that he's announced that then before, that's for sure...

My friends who are Viking fans and I have had a long running gag were would imitate Driver's first down celebration. Needless to say, I don't think my friends and I could have stood to watch him do his celebration in purple. We would have nothing to make fun of then!

Driver is 38 yrs old. This team is still building. If this team really wants to go big time. Package some draft choices and go after Fitz in Arizona. Now there is an idea for ya. What say Mothman?

Because he'd be the 2nd best QB behind Harvin if he comes back. And if Harvin isn't back...Driver would probably be the best receiver on the roster. (not that I want him, but that'd be the biggest reason)
