Run into some old friends from another group or board? Want to do a little schmoozing, talk over old times? Or just some off topic stuff, then this is the place.
Try doing a longer cool down activity when lifting, It helps relieve the build up of lactic acid in the muscles, this in turn will cut down on the amount of stiffness/soreness and tissue swelling that can lead to a pinched nerve and/or strained tendons. I would suggest shooting some baskets after an upperbody
or some jogging or stretching activities.
