Super Bowl.
Who do you want to win.
Vikings fan since Nov. 6, 1966. Annoying Packer fans since Nov. 7, 1966
Re: Super Bowl.
Denver. I don't like the Seahawks and I'd love to see Peyton Manning have a great game and become the first QB to win a Super Bowl as the starting QB for two different teams.
Re: Super Bowl.
Denver will win by 3 or less or lose.
Re: Super Bowl.
Same here. Same reasons. I don't want to see the Seahawks win. They get away with way too much defensively. Yes, they're great, but they are constantly holding and grabbing on every play. The refs could be a big factor here with how lenient they are.Mothman wrote:Denver. Re: Super Bowl.
Seattle. My second favorite team, and they didn't even have to buy a QB to get here. And the 2 most explosive guys on their offense have been on the sideline. That's a lot to overcome. And I am sick to death of Manning and his commercials. Go Sherman!!

I agree and the weather could obviously be a factor too. Poor field conditions might favor Seattle because of their power running game.Crax wrote: Same here. Same reasons. I hope Denver wins. Imagine if Wilson goes out with an injury and Deer in Headlights Jackson leans on Harvin to beat Manning in the Bowl. It's crazy just thinking about the possibility.

Re: Super Bowl.
I want Denver to win. Really for the reason I am a P. Manning fan. We are all witness to maybe the best QB to play the game.
The talking heads have been debating Seattle's secondary vs. Denver's receivers. I expect Manning to be at his best and pick apart Seattle's secondary. San Fran lost the CC game by 6 points. With players like Manning, Thomas x 2, Welker, Decker; they should be able to outscore Seattle.
Weather could be a factor, and that may help Seattle. Why are they playing this game in New Jersey anyway? I guess I don't mind if it is cold and snowing, I will not be there. This is football after all, this game is meant to played in the elements. I will be watching from my Lazy-Boy sipping a few brews. Could you imagine? This is the Super Bowl, the big game! Do you go a few hours early to enjoy the tailgating? If so, you could be out in the cold for 7 or so hours. If I was going to spend a crazy amount of money to go to the super Bowl I would want to be in Miami or New Orleans or at least in a dome!

Re: Super Bowl.
Seattle, I would like to see a different team win, sort of like the Vikes!
I want them to win, and I think they will win with defense, and enough offense to get into the low 20s. Seattle got jobbed worse than any other team I can remember in the game against Pittsburgh.
...wisdom

Re: Super Bowl.
Hes just one big commercial. Im so sick of the way the NFL promotes single player antics, but when Sherman actually says he is, against a loudmouth like Crabtree, and his couch Harbough, its frowned on. In my case I love Seattle, and have since I was a kid and saw my first game there, and then when salmon fishing. But I would be for any team playing against the Manning Bronco's in this years SB.Valhalla wrote:Just an observation, Manning is a big commercial draw for the NFL. We must have had almost every single Broncos game this year on TV.
That's fair enough, Favre certainly had a lot of coverage. QBs make the NFL go round and truly great ones are few and far between. That said, it's still a team game.

I hope Peyton burns and embarrasses Richard Sherman.
