'Last Lecture' professor, Randy Pausch, dies at 47
Randy Pausch, the Carnegie Mellon professor who became a YouTube phenomenon with his "Last Lecture," died Friday of complications from pancreatic cancer. He was 47. He died at his home in southern Virginia.

We all knew it was comming but I am sad to see this day....the world is and will be a better place because of him. If you havent seen his lecture, please do yourself a HUGE favor and do a search for it on youtube or whatever, its the most inspiring video I think I have ever seen.

I'm very sorry to hear this. Randy was one incredible individual. I have watched the Lecture in it's entirety twice. It's both moving and inspiring. The world lost a great individual today.
