Website Banner

Post by Cliff »

Hello everyone!

I'm going to change the Vikings banner at the top to a "Vikings Legends" type theme. Only rule is no current player on the team. Anything else goes, coaches, players, notable figures, etc. Once I get a list in this thread I'll start another thread with a poll.

Tough list to come up with and decide on...
I started my own and quickly had to start creating caveats....

Great idea! My top 10 would be (in no specific order):

Moss
Carter
AP
Bud Grant
Fran
Page
Randle
Jared Allen
McDaniel
Eller

We can fit about 8 people on it. Only displays on the desktop site too. Too much for mobile of course.

After thinking about, my fandom era really shows:

John Randle
Cris Carter
Randy Moss
Adrian Peterson
Alan Page
Carl Eller

I'll split 50/50 between the 70s and 90s on.

Tingelhoff was almost Mr Viking and Bryant many interceptions but the one that sticks out for me was down in Texas Stadium which was a pick 6 against Stauback in an NFC Champ game I think 73.
