I saw that Green Bay signed Lazard to a second-round tender for $3.9 million, but I haven’t seen that anybody matched it. Did I miss something?
Rodgers is likely going to throw to one or more rookies. The Packers have two firsts and two seconds in April’s draft.

The Packers are depending on one of the best QBs in the league to elevate other players around him. Specifically you would expect him to be able to elevate rookie receivers.
