I didn’t know that’s where this report came from.
My bad, Kapp, looks like it was from Rastapasta:

Developing: the #Vikings are currently exploring offers for QB Kirk Cousins. The teams that have officially put forth offers are: New Orleans, Miami, and Tampa Bay.
A trade to one of these teams is expected by the end of the week.
Anyways, do we think any of those three teams have ACTUAL interest in Cousins? I align with VL in thinking that the NFL does not think KC is worth trading much for. I really don't think there's much demand for him and I would be surprised if we were to acquire a 1st rd pick for him.
I don't know about any of those teams, but yes ... I do believe there is interest in Cousins. In fact, my position is that he's the top target, now that Rodgers has re-signed and Wilson has been traded to Denver.
We Vikings fans have a particular view of Cousins. He's good not great. He has great numbers but not wins. He doesn't shine in the biggest moments. He doesn't elevate his team. But I would remind you that the Minnesota Vikings signed Kirk Cousins in 2018 precisely because they believed they were a quarterback away from a Super Bowl. They went 13-3 and made the NFC Championship Game with Case Keenum. Surely a quarterback of Cousins' ability was all that was needed to take the next step.
Forget what actually happened. And if you're a person who says, "I told you so," set that aside for a moment. Vikings management believed they were merely a quarterback away from the Promised Land. They believed it so much that they gave Cousins the first fully guaranteed contract in league history, and that was extended an extra two years in 2020. The Vikings bit on Cousins.
Are you honestly going to tell me there isn't a single team out there that believes the same? Cousins' numbers with the Vikings, with the exception of the first half of 2020, are the best of his career. I guarantee you, somebody out there thinks, "Give me 4,200 yards and 30 TDs, and we'll contend." You've got Pittsburgh, with a playoff-ready roster and Mason Rudolph as the incumbent No. 1. You've got Cleveland, who just missed the playoffs with a screwed-up Baker Mayfield, and whose coach prodded a career year out of Cousins in 2019. New Orleans has a fullback for a QB. Miami has a rag-arm. The list goes on.
Then there are other motivating factors. Matt Rhule in Carolina has been there two years. He's gone 5-11 and 5-12. One more 5-win season, and he's on the unemployment line. They have NOTHING at quarterback. What is Kirk Cousins? If nothing else, he is a gravitational pull toward .500. For a 10-win team, that's bad. For a 5-win team like the Panthers, that could be 9 wins. In Matt Rhule's case, that saves his job. It also might just win a suddenly weak NFC South. If I were KAM, I'd be on the phone every day to GM Scott Fitterer until he caved. After all, Fitterer's job is probably on the line, as well, since he was hired to clean up the mess.
I think we Vikings fans have to look at this through different glasses. We see Kirk one way. But he's been bamboozling people for 10 years. He's got the stats to bamboozle somebody else.
As I said in another post, the only thing that might stand in the way is Kirk himself. He thinks he's worth $40 million+, and if he sticks to that story, then other teams might be driven away because they wouldn't want to extend him at his asking price.
