Cowboys players are basically saying that they are gonna stop Cook, thus making the Vikings one dimensional. They definitely don't give any respect to our passing game.
I hope the O line, Cook and especially Cousins and our receivers make them eat their words. I hope Dalvin just goes off and runs all over them tonight.
I know the players say they dont read the stuff being said by the other teams, as Cousins always says in his interviews. Trust me, I know from my talks with a former player that when the opposing team's players are trash talking and predicting what they are gonna do to certain groups of the team, i.e. the O line, RBs etc, it doesn't fall on deaf ears. So I hope that article has been discussed in the locker room and offense has been taken by our players, and it pisses them off and they step it up.
And let me say this, I am an Ohio boy, so I am a Buckeye. BUT.. even though he is a beast and a talent on the field, I am NOT an Elliot fan anymore. The guy has been a moron off the field. But I get so sick of seeing him get up after every run over 3 yards and do that stupid #### Feed Me spoon to the mouth thing. I absolutely get sick of seeing him do it.
So let's just say even with Joseph out, I hope our front seven steps up tonight and that idiot STARVES tonight.
Let's embarrass them in Jerry World.
SKOL!!!!
Amen to all of it, brother.

Today is game day. Even though we fight and bicker during the week, we're all Vikings. Today we watch our Vikings kick some Dallas butt. Man, I can't wait. SKOL!

Go ahead. I dare you.
Underestimate this man.

The Cowboys will try and take the ground game away. But we still need to try and run the ball. Don't give up after a few runs are stuffed keep hitting them. Cook is a dam good back and he's on a roll he will get his if you keep pounding him. IMO this idiot we have, I'm sorry genius, as an OC probably won't even try and run the ball or give it up after Cook is stopped a couple of times. That's what I see happening. He will put us in a one dimensional mode all on his own. And hopefully Diggs can do something and not turn the ball over for a change. Tonight he needs to make it happen. Smoke them. The Cowboys will bang Zeke. They a better coached than us and they won't give up after a couple of stuffed runs. They know you need to be patient and eventually Zeke will get his. Then they own the game and get the pass game involved. Same thing we should do. Because we both have the same issue with the fact that we don't have an elite QB to carry us. The two QBs are much better than the bums and that's about it. Like always it will come down to our D. This should be easy. Stuff the run. Run blitz the crap out of them. There will be no holes or cracks. Make this stiff throw the ball. And when he does get after his #### and pick him off. Turn the tables right off the bat. Take the crowd out. That's how our D can help. Will it be like that? Nope. We are not playing a piece of crap and the Cowboy OL will try and whip our DL. It will come down to coaching. Who's better at it. Time will tell but my money is on the Cowboys.

Agree on everything you said. Especially the part about keep running Cook.
I also hate it when they stop trying. Its seems like if he doesn't rip off a long run right away , we just totally abandon the run. Or.. it we do the opposite, try and run a certain hole, it gets stuffed, then that's the only run play we continue to try. Its baffling.
Cook is one of those guys that ya gotta keep feeding. It isnt IF he makes a big run, its WHEN... and its so stupid to not keep pounding him.
And personally, I love Mattison as our 2nd back. That kid runs hard , is tough and fights to get every inch he can.
I know the Dallas O line is a little banged up, so i hope we can hold our own. If we can get pressure on Prescott it can really turn out good for us.
I'm ready for it. I have we put a good old fashioned butt whooping on the Cowgirls tonight.

One more thing, I hope the Come on Man segment on Monday Night Countdown tomorrow night show ANOTHER one of one of Jerry Jones underlings cleaning his glasses again, only this time because he's wiping off the tears ol Jerry is shedding.

I like the Mattison kid also. Many hated the pick but I liked it. He runs hard. Tough guy to tackle. Perfect compliment. That's why we need to stick with the ground game. Plus it gives our D some rest. Hopefully this OC also see this. But that's a stretch for him. I'm not expecting us to win only because we are on the road and the 2nd straight week. That's a tough gig for any team. Big thing be mistake free. I expect us to be in the game right to the end. Our team is too good for a smoke job. It's not like were facing the Pats. If we can get pressure on Dak he will fold. That's already been proven. It's hard to do because that OL is dam good. So we need to out coach them to give us the best chance. It would be a nice new wrinkle to get Barr rushing on some blitzes and make Dak get off point. Barr is a very good pass rusher. He can create more problems doing that than chasing a potential target down the field. Our team will put up a fight. They always do. All parts need to do there job or we won't win. Hopefully tomorrow the board will be on fire because of a victory.

We think alot alike buddy. Would love to see Zim , very early in the game , bring, as you said Barr, and also Harry on a blitz at the same time. With that, along with Hunter and Griff coming from the outside, we could rattle Dak real early, and as u said he will fold.
And agree, we gotta clean up the stupid penalties. We need a a disciplined mistake free game.
We can win this game. I feel like Dallas is taking us a little lightly with Theilen being out and their past success against Cousins.
We are gonna make them pay for that I hope.

To have a chance at winning we need to play mistake free football. Not sure if we're able to do that.
Here's to hoping we do

As much as I love the Packers losing, a Carolina loss also helps us as does a Rams loss if that happens.

Figured the Cowgirls go to their unlucky blue jerseys so that we can’t wear the purple! :wallbang:
