The other surprise. Wright. I didn't see that coming.
I think Waynes is fine. I don't know why people are so down on him.

Further point on the run defense Kendrick in particular looked strong at the point of attack good improvement from last year when he was constantly pushed backwards on tackles.dead_poet wrote:O-line performed well, though I thought Easton was very spotty.
Best part? No Clemmings.
No injuries, right? That has to be a record.
Waynes has little awareness/ball skills.
Mac didn't get exposed.
Run-D surprised me.
Sam, Diggs, AT = A+

Agreed. I didn't expect it, so it was even more gratifying.The-Purple-Reign wrote:That was an exceptionally satisfying evening of football. Hell yes, Vikes.

Loved seeing Cook outshine AD too. We made the right choice there. Biggest highlight was seeing an OL actually hold up for the most part.
When Cook accelerates around the corner it's a sight to behold.

Seriously good blocking from our offensive line tonight. And that everyone stayed healthy. Was scared about Rhodes there for a sec

Most disappointing thing I saw tonight, Cook getting tackled by a LB keeping him from taking it to the house.

So Davin is on track for a 2,032 yard season rushing, Sam will pass for 5,536 yards, and Thielen will have 2,512 receiving yards. And that doesn't even include the post-season! If only....

Didn't appear to be any bad injuries which will be key on a short week including travel to Pittsburgh.

So unfortunately I've been at work so haven't been able to watch the game yet but man it sounds like they looked awesome. I'm super pumped to watch it tonight when I get home now! What a start to the season and they made AP yell at Payton lmao.

Man what a great game to be at! Solid performances all around (except the missed PAT). I had a really nice vantage point and I noticed Treadwell runs routes well, Sam just always looks Diggs and Thielens way. Not complaining just interesting to see, he definitely can contribute more.

I was wondering the same thing. I remember one or two off the top of my head.808vikingsfan wrote:Curious to how many time the Vikings blitzed tonight.

The Devil whispered in the Viking's ear, "There's a storm coming." The Viking replied, "I am the storm." #SKOL2018
