This offense has to have some all time record in futility in some odd category. The fg's are out of control

Some silly crap made up by someone from pff means little to actual NFL statistics, imo.TSonn wrote: Or they look past that (because they are experts) and see he has a terrible throwing motion and the Vikings relied on a running game led by AD. Or you know, any other advanced metric to grade QBs.
35-18 td to int ratio and led a terrible team that relied on him to being a top O in the league, Bridge was 14- 9 td to int ratio and took a good team who didnt rely on him, to being the worst O in the league, in spite of having AD.

When we were 5-0 we were scoring TDs than FGs in the redzone. I haven't looked but I'd assume we've scored more FGs than TDs ever since.Boon wrote:This offense has to have some all time record in futility in some odd category. The fg's are out of control

We were missing the FG's early on, too.TSonn wrote: When we were 5-0 we were scoring TDs than FGs in the redzone. I haven't looked but I'd assume we've scored more FGs than TDs ever since.

Crappy team = lots of passing in the 2nd half and garbage TDs. Good team = lots of running the clock down in the 2nd half. I'm not an expert and I know this. Look at the Jags v Titans game this year for proof of Bortles empty stats from being on a crappy team.Jordysghost wrote: Some silly crap made up by someone from pff means little to actual NFL statistics, imo.

What a play by Bradford, picking up the fumble and making a play! NICE!

Im aware of the concept, and I agree that may have played a part, im not convinced it was anything more then a small part of it. I dont think the vast discrepancy between their two seasons last year can be pinned on such a convenient excuse.

Why the F do you throw a bubble screen to RUDOLPH? That guy is horrible at YAC. He goes into "Moose on ice" mode and can't even use his size to run through guys. Put Patterson there and that's a TD.
