I've never seen it called that way before. Definitely no video proof that the ball wasn't wobbling/moving when Elliot fell on it.

The play calling on 3rd down is up to it's usual prowess I See. 3rd and 10, let's throw 2 yards to a TE blanketed by one of the best LBs in the game.
