Especially Left Tackle, but once Ifedi came off the board I don't think there is any realistic LT prospect left for the Vikings until late round developmental guys...Nobody who has a good chance to compete year one. Probably just looking at practice squad guys for that position now

Yup, and the Vikes got him in the 5th after he fell like a rock (he was widely projected to go in rounds 2-3 IIRC).
Yankey is:
- Bigger than Whitehair
- Had 22 reps on the bench at the Combine
- Also got a lot of good press in college
If Spielman drafts Whitehair here, he is getting a smaller, weaker guard in the 2nd than he did with Yankey in the 5th.

He's a smaller sit in coverage type guy. Not really a physical guy who can move up in the box or on the line. Unless they plan to keep Harrison in that role and Bell as a sole coverage guy. Just doesn't seem to be that modular type Zimmer tends to like where he can move him all over the field.
