Despite playoff implications, never hope your team loses. If the Vikes are bound for a deep playoff run, and a Super Bowl appearance, it should not matter who they face. Win Vikings and "Streak" into the playoffs!

I never took this thread seriously. Why would ever play not to win? You have a chance to dethrone the Packers but choose to lose? I don't care if Seattle beats the Vikings by 30 next week, you always play to win

I don't understand this mentality. Yes, Seattle is a very good team that manhandled the Vikings the last time they played, but at the same time going into Lambeau Field again wouldn't have been ideal given that the circumstances of that scenario would have seen the Vikings 0-2 against the Packers this season.
