Well, they seem to be "High" on Austin. But in reality, he has less yardage than Wallace. Apparently they use him as a decoy for Gurley. Austin has 3 games were he has a total of 12 yards on 5 catches, but he Vikings are suppose to be afraid him.

And apparently, the Rams defense is much better than the Broncos.

I'll say it again ...

I sense an incredibly defensive fan base. I'm gonna guess they call fans of every opponent "the most arrogant fans in the NFL." It's practically Freudian. I mean, for Rams fans to boast about anything is laughable. They haven't had a winning season since 2003.

Ram fans, your team is 4-3 and hasn't been relevant in 12 years. How about toning it down until they've had, I don't know, a 9-7 season.

I can say that this is hands down the most arrogant message board I've seen since I started doing the EFF posts.

I'll give them this: they have a solid squad. I find it amusing that they are more confident in their squad than the undefeated Broncos were about theirs, though.

The Rams on pure ability, might have the best roster in the league ..40 times 3 cone drill etc.

Does it show on the field consistently .. heck no ....

I would be very careful about talking trash about a team that last year thumped my team at home,
last season. I read a lot of comments and the fans seemed to be based on the past and irrational arguments,
more than facts.

They have the worst attendance in the NFL.. what does that say about their fan base..

I know the Vikings have sold out or almost sold out for a long time at the Metrodome...

Thats generally true, but without looking it up I think some sponsors had to buy tickets and give them away in 2011. I might not be remembering things correctly, though.

If you hear them tell the story,Magically, Aaron Donald has singlehandedly made them the best defense in the nfl, ignoring the fact that most of their defense is intact from last years #### woopin. Secondly, the dude that said Jenkins will lock down Diggs, that worked real well with Talib, who is by FAR a better corner than Jenkins, on the nfl's actual #1 defense.

Pregame Update
This is the one. freaking massive game today. Are we who we think we are? If so, let's go freaking prove it.
You can look at Tavon's stats all day, and they won't impress you. The greatness of Tavon is keeping defenses honest so they can't key in on Gurley. As soon as they try to key on Gurley, Tavon will bust one.
Let's not get too cocky. Bridgewater has more ability than his stats show and the Vikings are a better team than some of y'all are giving them credit for being. We all got cocky about beating the Redskins and then when we lost, this place had a huge meltdown. I'd rather that not happen if we lose tomorrow.
You know what? I wish we wore our throwbacks against the Vikes. That would take me back to two NFC power houses.
Just finished prepping the chicken I'm gonna grill up later. Marinading in some Kona teriyaki with sesame seeds, a crap load of fresh pressed garlic, coarse ground pepper, and scallions. It's gonna be dank.

I mentioned this in another thread... My friend who is a die-hard viqueen fan (and a little person) has been hinting around that he wants to come over and watch the game with me and my sons. I told him to stay the freak away. lol

Purple really is a color for girls,,, and Prince, but he's extremely effeminate and from MinneSOOOTA.
Todays game will tell us if the Rams have matured and will take every opponent seriously. We need the team that showed up in arizona to show up today and make a statement to the NFL that the Rams are back!
With Quinn and McDonald out we need Barron to own that field.

No Long, Quinn, Ogletree, McDonald. Damn Vikings should be licking their chops.
Watching GameDay on NFL Channel and listened to Bold Predictions., well I think a bold prediction is that Gurley makes a run at AP's rookie singe game rushing record and goes for 200yds+! I am making this prediction on the basis that the Vikes give up on avg over 4 yards a carry and that in interviews this week when Fisher was questioned about Gurley and what he thought of his early success he said, "we haven't seen Gurley rush for 200 yards, but he will"! We know Fishers is as competitive as any coach and has a wicked sense of humor (Washington coin toss). I think knowing the gravity of this game and who they are playing he will let Gurley have as many rushes as he can handle, GB 30 carries like. AP vs Gurley, I think the Rams are going to try to impose themselves on the Vikes in their house and pull off the big win in a hard fought physical game. Foles also throws for over 250 yards! That might be the bolder prediction!

Really just hoping for a big win and no injuries on either side.
What happens when they say "Next man up!" and you turn around and there's nobody there?
Come on boys, we can still win this even with a few knocks. Austin and Gurley to run riot hopefully.
Well, freak. At least minny is missing a couple pieces. Gonna need a career effort effort out of guys like GRob and Hayes. I think we will be ok at safety. Brown better bring his "A"game...
Quinn is a huge loss considering his running mate Chris Long is out as well. We're fortunate we've got great depth in Sims and Hayes - but losing a top 10 DE in Quinn really takes off a big part of our game plan. I'm also concerned with Havenstein being out. He's becoming a very solid RT, and our depth is being stretched on that O-line. I don't think it makes too much of a difference though because we're all about Gurley offensively, and he overcomes his o-line by just being ridiculously good.

The entire vibe of the forum went from complete confidence to hand wringing in one night. I love it.

I've never done this before and don't plan on making a habit of it. But they pissed me off this week.

How those dirty #### losers feel now:
Let's just admit it.

We are NOT a good team. We just AREN'T!

8-8 at best.

We have no freaking offense. Our passing attack.....isn't even a passing attack. It's hideously and embarrassingly bad.

I'm sick and tired of Fisher's sorry #### excuse of an offense. This is what happens when you do JACK crap to fix it until YEAR freaking FOUR!
We're done. Whoever lost this game had their season ended. It was us.

Robert Quinn mailing it in really ticks
me off too. I need more on that. We needed him, I didn't hear at any point after the Niner game he was hurt. Just bad.
We have a joke of an offense...O line and Foles are both a joke...might as well start losing for a better pick because there's no reason to want to win with this offense. There is no chance we make any noise in the playoffs. Austin Davis ran a better O with no Gurley and TO being mediocre.

Has a passing offense ever been this inept on 3rd down??
I will start this off with the 2 point attempt so early in the game. There was absolutely no reason to try it that early. Even if they got it I would not have been happy with the call. Came back at the end of the game to bite us. Despite how bad the Rams played they could have won it if not for that attempt.
I kinda wish that one call was the only reason we lost that game, but the Rams problems are way bigger. The offense (Gurley and Austin aside) is PUTRID.
I'm beginning to wonder if the team has the intelligence to actually learn. Learn from your mistakes. Learn what causes those yellow hankies to be continuously throw at your feet. Learn to throw the ball. Learn to catch the ball when you can actually get your hands on it. Learn how to call an offensive game. The Rams got what they earned and deserved today. Another loss. In a game they could've easily won. The failed two point conversion did not lose the game. Continual mistakes and a lousy offense did lose this game.
Foles was awful again today. Awful. What happened to this kid?? Hit an open receiver for freak sake.
Bad coaching. Bad line play. Bad QB.
FOLES IS STRAIGHT UP HOT freaking GARBAGE

FISHER'S AN icehole FOR GOING FOR 2

AND A freaking wuss FOR PLAYING FOR A FIELD GOAL INSTEAD OF GOING FOR THE WIN

OUR RECEIVERS COMPLETELY SUCK BESIDES AUSTIN

AKLSDFJASKDLFJSDAKLFJSADKLFJDSAFLJ FUUUUUUCK EVERY TIME WE HAVE A CHANCE TO WIN A BIG GAME WE BLOW IT I freaking CANT STAND IT
Fisher going for 2 in the 1st quarter. Nobody will ever explain that to me satisfactorily enough to not say that cost us the game!
Offense is just a constant problem. Foles is not good. He's one of the worst starting QBs in the NFL. Austin and Gurley are all we have right now.

And Fisher continues to play too conservatively. Drives me crazy.
We need a true #1 WR
We need a QB that can make throws consistently. The guy we have looks nothing like the 27TD-2INT guy in Philly.
Cignetti came out with a good game plan, but he failed to make adjustments in the 2nd half. Stop running the same plays into the ground. Any defense is going to catch on eventually.
This team should could be 6-2 or 7-1 if we had any kind of consistent offense.
But we don't so we're 4-4.
Foles is terrible, Fisher and the rest of the coaching staff need to be fired, and we desperately need two wide receivers next year to take pressure off of Gurley and Austin.
Why are we so damn inconsistent? Seriously.
Is it the QB? Is it the O-line? Is it the receivers? Is it the play calling?
All I know is we can't find the damn end zone on offense, we're scared to have GZ kick into the wind, defense doesn't know AP is getting the ball deep in the 4th and having your offense focused on 2 players just isn't working.

Bailey..Quick..Cook..hell even Harkey.
Are they not a part of this offense anymore?
Someone said it in the GDT thread and I hate to repeat it: Austin freakin' Davis got more out of this offense than Foles has and he didn't have TG3.

I'm just so freakin' annoyed with this loss because there was NO reason we shouldn't have won.
ESPECIALLY after TB went down.
No matter how good a defense is......

You have to be able to freaking score some points. Like I said. All playoffs teams last year but Carolina scored about 25/game. TWENTY FIVE!

We're nowhere close to that. We're 28th. And looking at some of the teams ahead of us.....pisses me the freak OFF!

Because we'd be dead last without Gurley.

We need a QB.

We need a WR worth his weight that shows up every game.

We need an online that is at least passable at pass blocking.

freak!

We'd face better teams than MINN in the playoffs. Hence........we are not a playoff team with this wretched offensive crap-shown.
I see absolutely no reason why there shouldn't be a QB change at this point.
Unfathomable that you can keep losing games when the other team scores 15 points.

This game shouldn't have even sniffed overtime.
Fisher is a .500 guy. He's never gonna be more in afraid. Our defense looked less than ferocious today, telling me that they weren't up for the challenge. The penalties were ugly and Foles is bad, HORRIBLE. I've never seen so many passes go three to four yards to the left or right of a receiver. Oh and that third and ten in the fourth, we lined up ONE receiver. The world knew it was a run. Stupidest play calling
Draft the best WR on the board. That's our only hope. No way we can rely on two players to score every one of our points.
Even I could figure out what plays were going to be called as we kept doing the same things with Austin and Gurley. Cooks needs to go. G Rob is still bad. Foles not much better. Tavon drops one that could have been a touchdown. The OL was bad. Too many penalties again. Joiner should be fined and suspended for that cheap shot. I knew Zuerlein was going to miss that kick, cause he has a tendency to fold under pressure.
But that's what this team has done to us for years...get our hopes up and consistently come up short.
I'm so upset over this loss it's not even funny. This win was soimportant going into a soft strech of the season and a possible playoff run. I literally want to start coming throwing things. I don't know how much longer Ican continue to defend this team
Queens defense didn't win then the game the Rams atrocious qb handed it to you in gift wrapping

It was #### worth it. If you're going to call #### penalties on us, let us get one that's worth it. If Bridgewater wants to run so much, let him suffer the consequences. You don't think that Night Train Lane and Deacon Jones didn't hurt people? And if Bridgewater is out for a while, you think that Hill wins them the wild card? No. I don't. This helps us. Joyner might've won us that division there.
Exactly. Nothing against Bridgewater, but I can't find it in me to be angry at Joyner. If he wants to run so much, don't #### about getting hit.

WOW. I would like to meet them in an alley.

Wait until next week. I live in the Bay Area right now, and the Raiders fan are by far the worst. The only ones that come close are Steelers and Eagles fans.

Sucks they banned me from their forums. I would really like to give them some words.
They have like 5 fans on there that are unbearable, a lot of their fans are pretty nice.
It's funny cause I got banned because one of the unbearable guys kept calling the vikings queens in his posts. So I answered his post calling the rams lambs.
A mod said if you call them lambs one more time I am banning you.
So after teddy got knocked out I said "two dirty hits by the lambs on teddy." And bam banned haha.
I can't see their forums now:(

Raiders fans are SUPPOSED to be the worst....the Raiders are the Hells Angels of the NFL...outcasts, losers, criminal...and their fans fit their team....I cant fault the for being who they are.....lol
Philly sports fans , on the other hand, are simply thugs. THey routinely assault visiting fans, throw crap at opposing players, and cheer when players get seriously hurt. Did you know there is a Judge and Bailiff under the stands at Veteran Stadium in PHilly to process all the criminal acts that occur during their home games?? No joke, its true.....

Eagles fans online or in person? I have had a pretty good experience there.

Step 1.) Drink beer.
Step 2.) See step 1.
