Diggs caught 7 passes for 129 yards.

He is definitely Teddy's go-to guy.

Nobody else had more than 2 catches.

Exactly. Teddy was set up to fail due to horrible play calling.
The OC play calling was terrible .. like watching a Monkey get his hand stuck not letting go
of an object behind a hole in fence.. just stupid

I figured it would be low scoring, defensive battle. Kudos to the defense for the big 4th and 1 stop and also a key turnover. They also held at the end of the game, remember when that wasn't the case? Really other than the screen TD the defense played lights out today. I think Captain deserves special mention as he had himself a great game when coming into the season it looked as though he might not even be the starter.

Offensively, clearly there are issues and it starts with the line. Teddy also needs to take care of the ball better, the 2nd interception was a nice read by Peters but the first when you are in the position to get points is inexcusable. Still, we may have a player in Diggs and that's something promising. Could we actually have depth at WR when Johnson returns??

Win is a win, ugly as it was.

I love Diggs. Great pick. Him and Teddy seem to mesh well. But does he continue to see as much play time once Johnson comes back? I think our top four (in no particular order) are Wallace, Johnson, Diggs, and Wright. The problem I see is that three of them are outside receivers. I guess this is a good problem to have?

Whew. Wow. Big win. Avoided possible huge letdown. A win is a win in the NFL, nice to see the defense had our backs. Good win see you boys next week SKOL

Question might be whether Johnson will see much playing time now that Diggs has shown his stuff. Johnson has done pretty much zero this year.

What was it that everyone said about Chili-ball? Square peg round hole? That's how I see it. Norv is trying to call games like we have a great run blocking line when we don't. We need more quick passing patterns.

I have been saying this for a while that he is not the answer.
He was horrible last year too, people thought it would be different with AP Rudolph and Wallace.
Same stuff, he is trash.
