Wallace has been pretty dependable so far this year. Can't really complain about him.

The arm across the chest occurred in the end zone. You can say any hold starts as soon as contact is made if you want, but it doesn't get called until the dude is actually held.

Consistent I'd say. He drops too many passes to be dependable in my opinion, but that's always been his thing. He's about what was expected, which is a good thing, in my opinion.
