I see. As you can see on my profil I already joined VMB in September last year months before he (Babatunde) became a member of the Vikings.
I am Vikings-Fan for more than, I would say 17 years ( that's why I am here at VMB). Babatunde and I just played for the same Football Club to different times. So I do not know him and I would not wonder if he is not a member of the Vikings after the cuts in September.

I agree that he is a long shot and I had seen the other videos posted, but didn't think that they showed his athleticism. If it hadn't been posted yet, check out this...
He can really move well. We just don't know his mental make up. Will he be overwhelmed with the press? I say not. he is 27, not a kid and he seems really down to earth.
Will he be intimidated by other NFL players? that is the question. If he can accept his role in the team, I think he has the athleticism to succeed.

and will hide him for a year or so and work his mechanics ...

The Vikings begin offseason workouts Monday, and one of intriguing questions is whether Aiyegbusi, who turns 27 next month, can develop into a legitimate NFL player.
"Of course, there are doubts from people because they don't know, they haven't seen me play,'' said Aiyegbusi, being looked at initially as a right tackle. "But I don't doubt myself. I know I'm ready to put in as much work as is needed. ... I believe that the sky is the limit for me.''
Did he basically say "What I learn here will be helpful when I go back to Poland?" I may have misunderstood but it sounded like he is resigned to not making the team if I heard him correctly.

I think he was babbling there when he said that. He said before that that he was excited to face the defensive guys and be a productive member of the team (paraphrasing). He admits he's "a big guy with no technique." His odds were already long and got longer after the draft with the influx of offensive linemen. Still, hopefully he can put it together and be productive. I'll be focusing on him in camp videos.

The franchise's free agency philosophy won't provide much for fans seeking 12-month excitement in a four-month sport, but the goal is to find and coach up big, fast players with something to prove -- like Aiyegbusi.
"Some might think: 'stupid Vikings going to waste [a contract] on somebody from Europe,'" Aiyegbusi said. "I'm going to prove them wrong."
The Vikings surrendered the fifth-most sacks in the NFL last season and haven't guaranteed Aiyegbusi anything but one of 90 offseason roster spots. His journey could already be viewed as a success, but he now has an opportunity to further shock the football world.
