Whatever he ends up with, it's probably not big compared to the latest Revis deal. Man, that guy has made some money.
@JasonLaCanfora: Revis's deal is 5yrs/$70M but at its core is 3yrs/$48M ($16M/yr) with $39M fully guaranteed
@Rand_Getlin: Money Revis has earned if you include his new contract: $125,199,500

Yep - insanity. He's great at what he does.

@TomPelissero: #Vikings gave key backup OL Joe Berger a 2-year, $2.155M deal with $130K guaranteed. Another $800K in incentives available. Nice little deal

Stay doing what you're doing, Rick - people will complain, but it's the right strategy.

I was being more jokingly-matter-of-fact.

But in all seriousness, I haven't seen any other interests. So, are there any?

Damnit!! Best OG remaining and another hole not filled. Which means this changes our whole draft strategy. I hope to god they don't plan on starting Berger there.

I got you man - was more or less just speaking to the reaction on Twitter throughout the day that I have seen from Viking fans.

I'm sure they have interest in guys, but I do hope they are guys who have been cut by their original teams or could be had at a lower cost.

I was also hoping to land Boling, If we would trade AP there won't be many big splash FA's left to spend our cap savings on

My take too.

Maybe they will snag a DB before the draft but I was hoping they would be able to do the guard spot in FA.

Maybe, they are going to plug in one of the current guys, (Yankey?).....but I don't know if that makes things any more stable for Kalil.
Ultimately that dude has to get it going no matter who they have at guard.

A GM doing nothing? Yay. Lotsa trash to pick up later. Not like we had any drastic needs. I guess we got Hill back.

Undoubtedly, but they may not involve high profile free agents the team would need to sign in the first day or two of free agency.

Yeah I don't trust Berger or Yankey there whatsoever. If we can recover from that and maybe sign Culliver and/or Moore, then I would be fine but Boling is a huge miss on our part. We could have had a monster hole filled by signing him
