Pretty salty about the botched call on the Ford TD now.
I'm more frustrated that they chose to settle for the FG on that possession. I understand that it was either take the 3 points or risk coming away with zero points but the Vikes aren't in the playoff hunt so why not go all out for the win? Take another shot at the end zone, on the ground or at least in the air. Heck according to the play by play, the previous pass attempt only took 2 seconds off the clock. It was 3rd down. Why not at least attempt another quick pass?

Hindsight is 20/20. You go for points.

Then after this game I have to watch that stupid Vikings, Bengals, Eagles, Steelers, Cowboys Family commercial. Wasn't sure could be more frustrated but HATE that commercial.

Its all about the money to the NFL. The fans and getting the calls right are secondary to money.

And they're not a Vikings fan, they're fairweather fans. No TRUE Vikings fan changes teams.

As far as I could tell, it looked like a TD but the shots of it I saw on RedZone had a stats "crawl" running across the bottom of the screen that prevented me from clearly seeing where his feet touched the ground, which was a pretty crucial part of the play. I'm hoping to get a better, l unobstructed view of it later. As I said, as far as I could tell, it looked like a TD.

What did you think?

Noooooooooooooo. Maybe getting the calls wrong IS about the money.

Never went out, saw one replay that was very clear.

I thought it was a TD, it appeared there was grass between the outside of his foot and the white line the whole way.

I'm pretty sure a TD is points. :)

My view isn't hindsight. I told a friend they should go for it before they even brought the FG unit on the field and I posted it here earlier today. In that situation, at this point in the season, I would have preferred a more aggressive call.

Totally not a troll. And I definitely want the Vikes to win each game. But, especially in the second half, the defense looks like it doesn't have anything extra to play for (aka playoffs).

I don't think they are purposely throwing the games!

It was absolutely a TD. You could see green in between his foot and the white sideline. They zoomed in on his foot and the sideline and it was clear there was a line of green visible.
