No, it wasn't totally out but he didn't have control when he hit the ground either, so yes, it is a fumble.

The worst part was CP84 not fighting to recover the ball. Lazy.

ChrIs Carter has personal experience with domestic violence as a kid, he is the real deal. And he is doing a good thing.

Guess I just disagree, looked like the ball was moving and he didn't have full control when he hit the ground. Evidently that's what the review refs thought also.
