[quote]@AlbertBreer As the attempt to deal up with the Eagles would suggest, Johnny Manziel was indeed the No. 1 quarterback on the Vikings' board.
If that was true, why did they pass on him to take Barr?
I think the thought process may have been fairly simple in that they did not think Manziel was worth a top ten pick and getting the LB they needed out weighed the QB position but if Manziel could be drafted late then he was worth the move. Obviously it did not work out but just because he may have been the #1 QB on their board doesn't mean they had to take him with the #8 pick. just a thought

Damn 49ers! I thought for sure they'd go Lee!

No, you need to call your son Jimmie and see if he's gotten any phone calls. He only has to last like 10 more picks!
Believe me, I'm thinking about it!

I really need to stop following Jason LaCanfora on Twitter. I keep seeing the next picks.

Not great news when we need a stud.
Per @ESPNStatsInfo: 8 DB's have been taken in the first round. That is a common draft era record.

Our last chance to jump ahead of the Texans and probably a few other teams!
