Well, Tampa will suck for a few years. At least their defense. I'm not taking a shot at Frazier's coaching, I am talking about the scheme they will run that doesn't work anymore.

The scheme works when the personnel to make it work is present and when it's implemented effectively. Lovie Smith's Bears had the 5th-ranked defense in 2012 (3rd in points allowed per game).
