anyone who thinks a scumbag on his 4th offense just needs a little help is a fool. He's an extremely wealthy guy who could easily have a driver anywhere he goes but he doesnt give a crap about anyone else and feels its his God given right to drive drunk. He has had more then enough chances. Talk to one of the tens of thousands of people who have lost a family member to drunk scumbag drivers...then try and explain tho them how Poor Erin deserves another chance. The best this loser can do is hurt himself and not anyone else.
I agree a 4th offense is egregious, but wishing for someone to kill themselves is rather barbaric don't you think?
I am not defending him or giving him a pass. His life is going to change dramatically and he will face repercussions for his actions. The man will most likely lose his job and face jail time. Let's just hope he pulls his #### together & gets the help he needs.

Better him than some innocent father or citizen. He has problems and that sucks but they should have been dealt with after the first offense. Frankly, I don't care about him as long as he's not behind the wheel of a car anymore and faces some serious jail time.
When you're born, you get a ticket to the freak show. When you're born in America, you get a front row seat.
I have never liked Erin Henderson
on our team .. For me this is good
news but I am praying this jerk does
not kill anyone or hurt them with
his choices. go Audie Cole
The Marines I have seen around the world have the cleanest bodies, the filthiest minds, the highest morale, and the lowest morals of any group of animals I have ever seen. Thank God for the United States Marine Corps.
