It was happy indeed, seeing the Packers get destroyed on national TV. Until that final 56 yard pass the Packers were getting out gained 561 to 70
and Flynn was at 83 yards passing.

But...But...How can that be? He looked like Peyton Manning when he played the Vikings defense?

I've told people a million times not to exaggerate!
Re: Happy Thanksgiving!
For 1 quarter he looked like Peyton Manning vs us, but who doesn't? Late in the 4th and in OT he looked very much like Ponder though. As he did in the entire Lions game. My goodness, he held the ball forever and all of his passes were under thrown. I now understand why he's been cut so many times in recent years. Whatever he had in his 1st stint with the Packers, it's clearly not there anymore.Just Me wrote:

My comment was tongue-in-cheek. You hit the nail on the head with your comment. The fact he couldn't sustain his "Manning" performance against our defense speaks enough to his "talent".Reignman wrote:For 1 quarter he looked like Peyton Manning vs us, but who doesn't?
