One of these years we will get a Russel Wilson. We can't be snake bitten forever.

Re: Vikings @ Seahawks Game Day Discussion Thread -- Week 11
The announcers blamed Webb for running a bad route, but he was occupying two defenders and really had no play at that point. Ponder had to have someone open or in single coverage, but as usual, he didn't find anyone and forced a bad pass. We were very lucky.VikingPaul73 wrote:Ponder couldn't possibly have telegraphed that pass any more than he did. Well, I guess he could have verbally told Seattle before the play where he was going, but beyond that, that was basically as bad of a telegraph as I've ever seen
Really lucky to avoid the Pick 6 there.

Don't be too sure about that. He's very likely to have a few more average games this year and maybe even one more good one. Just have to build off that for next year...Orion wrote:Maybe ponder isn't our guy

P.S. Spielman, I despise you for not doing more to fix this prior to the start of this season. You should have at the LEAST given yourself a viable veteran option.

FRazier is the one that wanted harvin gone. Harvin questioned Fraziers coaching.Jeffbleedspurple wrote:What the hell was all those hugs and kisses for Harvin? from the Vikings staff and players![]()

It's bad recievers! It's bad play calling! No, it's ponder.Tim Greene @tgreeneviking 4m
@1500ESPNJudd in seattle, upper deck view. Receivers getting open... Ponder refuses to pull the trigger.
Re: Vikings @ Seahawks Game Day Discussion Thread -- Week 11
The seahawks are going to be scary in the playoffs with homefield advantage. But they are vulnerable..... i would love to see what a team like Denver or New Orleans would do against seattle...
When you're born, you get a ticket to the freak show. When you're born in America, you get a front row seat.

The problem with the Vikings offense is that they practice against the Vikings defense... and vice versa.

You'll get to see what New Orleans can do in a couple of weeks.Orion wrote:The seahawks are going to be scary in the playoffs with homefield advantage. But they are vulnerable..... i would love to see what a team like Denver or New Orleans would do against seattle...

Re: Vikings @ Seahawks Game Day Discussion Thread -- Week 11
Who is ultimately responsible for the call to kick it to Harvin right before the half? (AS IF WE DONT KNOW WHAT HE IS CAPABLE OF!) I'd like to punch that person right in the throat. Without that big return, I doubt they would have been so aggressive. Take those 7 points off, and we've got a game. Idiots.
