Our already rocky next few weeks just got a lot rockier.

I have a feeling he won't play again this year.Jay Glazer @JayGlazer
Just got a text from Kyle Rudolph. Broke his foot, he's out 4-6 weeks. Not Lis Franc but different kind of fracture

Maybe give us a win if the rest of his teammates would step their game up.cstelter wrote: ... and then what? Rupture a disc? Fumble??? Where exactly are you going with this?

That doesn't really come to mind to me when one talks about putting a team on his back.King James wrote: Maybe give us a win if the rest of his teammates would step their game up.
*that* makes a bit of sense to me.AD put the Vikings on his back and carried them to the playoffs last season...
not so much....AD put the team on his back, and gave the fans a win because all those guys on his back stepped up their game...
What's the point of putting them on your back if you need them to step up their game?

AD had a successful season last year for numerous of reasons. Outside of him being the beast that he is, the line played above average last season. Jerome Felton created a lot of holes for him. Ponder took care of the ball and made plays when he really needed to. Most importantly the defense were not giving up game winning TDs.
Ponder can and will put the team on his back. Maybe if he uses his feet more instead of throwing the ball away, taking a sack, or making a late decision throw.

Hopefully Chase Ford can catch as well as he carries APJ. Kapp 11 wrote:Next man up ... Carlson? OK, who else?
