Expected move.

Greg Childs - WR - Vikings

Vikings placed WR Greg Childs (knees) on the active/PUP list.

Childs isn't yet ready to practice after being limited in OTAs and minicamp. He's recovering from double patellar tendon tears, but is expected to be medically cleared at some point during training camp.

Really? What an original opinion that no one has ever expressed here. Great contribution to the conversation.

Don't be so sure. I talked to him for a second at the draft party. He said he'd be ready. He seemed very confident. He and Wright were all smiles about it. I hope he finds a way to get on the field and stay healthy. It's hard not to root for the guy. I think the chemistry/friendship he has with Wright is even more beneficial to him and the team. He seems motivated; I hope his body finally gets on the same page with his mind and heart!

John Sullivan said limited reps is no issue: "Hardest part would be conditioning. Hard to get into shape for football without playing."

Thank you. I have a unique way to express my words. Im glad you thought my comment great. Im glad that you're not a lame person, who has something smart to say just because you didn't agree with a comment or see too many similar posts like my comment. I haven't been on this board very long, but like I said, only a lame person who's on the internet 24/7 would know how many times a comment has been expressed on here. But you're not one of those. :)

I don't know. The WR position is full of competition right now. I think Childs is battling for that last WR spot that Burton is in. So it all the other WRs behind him. Him having a injury wont help his chances. Especially with guys like Joe Webb battling hard to get that spot and even Stephon Burton who has had an awesome off-season so far.

The talent is obviously there but he's no good sitting on the sideline still.

Nice to see Mauti on the field. Im definitely pulling for him and I am confident if he remains healthy he can beat out Erin Henderson.
