Reputation? The guy had what 12 sacks last season?? He is a force very year. He deserves to be on their because he is one of the best

I remember a time when 12 sacks was still a big number. But with Smith, Watt, Allen and Ware all pushing 20 sacks the past couple of years we forget things like Elvis Dumervil led the league in sacks with 17 3 years ago or DeMarcus Ware leading with 15.5 the year after.

12 sacks is still a great number. People just expect too much after so many near record sack campaigns.

And Jacoby Jones is ranked higher than Percy Harvin so that's all you need to know.
They had Richard Sherman fill his ballot out on camera.

Finally in my three years of watching this questionable voting, Chad Greenway finally gets some recognition in the Top 100. I believe 100% he is a top 100 player and glad the players finally recognized it.

It's also a much more pass heavy league than in years past, so there's more opportunities to sack the quarterback. 12 is still a good number though. Just not premiere.

Call me biased, but the positive effect Harrison smith had on that defense last season is enough for me to put him in there.

Not biased at all from my view. I was hoping he would fall into the 80-100 range along with a few other maybe more biased picks in my original post.

Kind of shocked Greenway is on that list since most years it's a popularity contest. It's unfortunate that only his team mates could speak for him though

Jared Allen in at #60. I had him way higher on my original post but also doesn't surprise me because I also mention 'he gets no love on the top 100'.

If anything Jared should between 13-19. He almost broke the sack record the season before. And got 12 sacks this year which is still good for an average DE. Definitely underrated.

Eh. It goes year to year. I don't know where he was placed last year because he should've been top 15, but even though 60 is low, I can see the rationale.

End of the day, this list means jack.

Very pleased to be wrong about Peterson not getting the no. 1 spot.

This is just an offseason distraction, mind you; it doesn't mean a thing in reality. But, still, it's fun to see a Vikings be named the best player in the league.
