Gold is like what the 49ers, Rams and Saints use.
The Vikes, Packers and Steelers use the term accurately. The Saints, Rams and 49ers all use variations intended to call to mind the look of the actual metal (the Saints call their version "old gold" and the Rams call theirs "new century gold" but they're all variations on metallic gold). However, gold (or yellow-gold), is commonly used to describe a group of warm yellow colors, particularly the color the Vikes, Packers and Steelers use:

Welcome to the board!
Thanks for posting that picture, although I doubt it's an official representation of the new uniforms. It may be a good guess but the shoes don't match those revealed on the official uniform site and if this was the final design, I suspect they would.

We'll know soon enough!

Thanks for the warm welcoming! I saw a better pic on twitter with the actual cleats that were revealed on the vikings home page, but hey who knows, those would be some nice uniforms! Can't wait for the reveal and for the new season to start. SKOL!

There are a couple of other inconsistencies (angle of logo and stripe on pants, stripes not continued to back of jersey etc) as well that point to a fan made image. its relatively well done but still I HIGHLY doubt official in any way. Although if the new uniforms looked like this or close to this I would be very happy!

(Looks like someone may have forgotten to photoshop the stripes on the back of the sleeves.)
Yeah, it's obviously a fake and/or guess. It would be more impressive if it wasn't one of the templates that are used for fan made concepts all the time. My guess is that the top will be similar to this (aside from the missing stripes) but the pants will be the traditional stripes.
If it sounds like I'm a bit harsh when "REALLY TEH LEAKED UNIFORMS" get posted in part it's because they are put dishonestly, labeled as real when whoever did it originally knew damn well it wasn't. Part of what bugs me too is that they are such lazy efforts, taking prebuilt (and commonly seen) templates. If you're going to do something put some real effort into it.
