Vikings @ Texans Game Day Discussion Thread --- Week 16

Re: Vikings @ Texans Game Day Discussion Thread --- Week 16
Texans have had a somewhat soft schedule especially early in the season.
Their defense was playing lights out for quite a while.
Arian Foster and Andre Johnson have been performing (although AF not too much lately).
Schaub has stepped up in the passing game when the running game is getting shot down or it becomes a shootout.
That's about it.

I've never understood why they don't get Peterson more involved in the screen game

Are they going to show the penalty? Seems like a fairly important one to show.

Interesting. No replays shown on either Jefferson's holding call or Kalil's penalty...

What a play, Griffen

That's the first quarter...
Good start. The Vikes have to give Ponder a little more time, keep giving Peterson opportunities and continue winning the battle at the line of scrimmage on defense.

Schaub is killing us when he rolls out. He has days to find Andre Johnson.

They seem to be collapsing the middle of the Vikings O-line, they need to get Peterson out on the edge a little more

In regards to the time for Ponder (and holes for AD), Fusco either needs to hit the weight room this offseason or the Vikes need to be looking for a RG who can win a few battles.Mothman wrote:That's the first quarter...
