Just some quick thoughts:

Blair Walsh is crazy good. What a turnaround from an abysmal senior year at Georgia.

Adrain Peterson is a god. He can conceivably break the record now.

Everson Griffen! Dude needs to be on the field more going down the stretch.

Why the hell do we not give Josh Robinson help in the red zone? Moreover, why do we line him up against WRs that outmatch in size? The guy has skills but he is still a rookie.

Ponder was meh today. Missed throws he should have made. He didn't turn the ball over which is good.

Because it makes me realize even more without AD, we are nothing. And a D thats making plays. And im watching highlights of other games. With real QBs. Is that ok?

He had 1, a fumble. Luckily he didnt have more as the Rams CBs were just lying in wait for him.

Tom Pelissero ‏@TomPelissero

Percy Harvin had an emergency appendectomy yesterday, not ankle surgery.

But this is nonsense. The team is 8-6 in the playoff hunt. We have AD and many other great contributors to the winning record. Ponder is what we have and Musgrave and Frazier have found ways to use him to facilitate wins. Frazier and Spielman have both earned extensions. Today was wonderful and the team has so far exceeded expectations it's not even arguable.

This is a fact. Whether some like it or not.

I said to myself at the beginning of preseason that I would be satisfied with an 8-8 season, a full recovery for Peterson and development of Ponder into a real NFL QB. Looks like I'm getting two out of three wishes.

I just saw Leber on Fox 9 here in MN. I wonder if we can sign him for either Erin or Jasper. Or maybe make Griffen a LB. That dude is fast.

Tom Pelissero @TomPelissero 11m
Adrian Peterson leaving presser, last to bus. Sees kid wearing his jersey, stops, chats for a minute, slaps him five. Kid's face: priceless.

That was not a fumble even though they may have called it that if it was any other QB thats a incomplete forward pass .
