Assuming the Bears play the same type of game offensively as they did before, they'll be hard to get off the field. They might not score all that much, but they won't need to if the Vikings offense continues to rely on big AD runs to generate points.

Turnovers are another factor. Bears love to create them and Ponder likes to hand them over, so that could contribute to the final total.

I'll go Bears 28 Vikes 10. AD will have a big game, but the Vikes will leave a lot of points on the field due to Mr. Ponder's tendencies to turn the ball over at the most inopportune times.

I always predict the Vikings to win the home division games. This one is no different. Vikings will squeak by, 27-24.

Bears 20
Vikings 28 (with Percy), 24 (without)
With Urlacher out AD should have another big day.
Jennings will be out and as bad as Ponder has been he'll have some opportunities.
Rudolph causes matchup problems for the Bears especially when he gets split wide.
Leslie & Co. will simply out coach Lovie as you saw in the 2nd half of the last game.

I hope it works out that way. I predicted a Vikes win and with Urlacher and Jennings out, the Bears defense should be more vulnerable. However, if the Vikes are going to win this game, they HAVE to get to Cutler. They didn't put much pressure on him in Chicago and if they don't get enough pressure on him this time, he and Marshall may just chew up the Vikes secondary.

This should be a good game. I'd like to see both teams come out of it healthy and I hope the Packers lose this weekend! Vikings and bears fans should always be united in that wish. :)

I don't see it being close. The D is on the field too much because we can't sustain drives. Whenever we get down by 10, it feels 99% likely we lose. No comebackability with this QB/offense. Being an apathetic fan isn't fun.

It will be amazing how the Vikes win this game even as bad as most everyone on this board perceives them to be . Two weeks ago the receivers droped EIGHT crucial passes ending drives and turning the balance of the game. There was very little pressure on Cutler and he managed to disect their secondary by making terrific passes to ONE receiver, Marshall. I see several players redeeming themselves in this game, mostly the wideouts and defensive line (pass rush). If they give Ponder time to set up and throw and not drop EIGHT passes then with AD running through the Bears vaunted defense (less Urlacher) then they should win the game.
Yes the Vikes will beat the first place Bears/count on it.

Vikings 20
Bears 17

At home against a team missing their best defensive player. Sounds like Ponder time to me!

I and several "experts" would say that Tillman is their best defensive player (at one time no doubt that Urlacher was) and they are playing against a home team without their best all around player, which might be argued is the whole league's best all around player., Harvin.
I don't want to hear that the Vikes won because Urlacher was not playing
