This is a bad loss. We beat ourselves.
I don't know about that. It's a bad loss and the Vikes made mistakes, but they couldn't stop the Skins for huge portions of the game and couldn't punch it in. I felt they allowed the Skins to dictate the pace on both sides of the ball for most of the 2nd and 3rd quarters and allowing that rushing TD to Griffen was just sad.

Wow, read all these whining from Vikings "Fans". You know what? I am proud of this team for that attempt at a comeback. It was exciting all game. This is a young team and there was no quit in them.

4-2. I'll take it for this performance tonight.

And all the sudden the "fans" emerge from the shadows.

This was a fun game to watch, RGIII looked legit and I'll be cheering for him, Ponder showed comeback promise with a team that apparently "isn't fit for comebacks", got to watch two great up and coming QBs out there today.

Whenever i step outside, somebody claims to see the light
It seems to me that all of us have lost our patience.
'cause everyone thinks they're right,
And nobody thinks that there just might
Be more than one road to our final destination--

Plenty of upsets today; besides us, Niners and Pats also on the losing end. Any given Sunday...we just gotta put the foot on the gas earlier.

Just one game! He will bounce back next week. 4-2. Not a bad place to be. Go Vikes!

I think this will be a reality check for the team. Bounce back next week with a good win.

Niners played a good team at least. The Bengals and Steelers on the other hand...

Ya that was a bad throw... But its little much to tell him to get off the team.
He has also been a big part of the Vikings success this year.
Is he perfect? hell no. The Vikings still need to develop the Deep ball and score more Tds as opposed to Fgs
BUT Ponder has looked like a much better QB this year and I am not going to throw him away because he had a bad game.

The defense needed to stop them when Ponder had bad plays and they didn't so its on both sides the Bears or the Ravens would have stuffed them after turnovers we let them score we aren't an elite defense and our offense is a plodding methodical offense that wont ever win a shootout game .

he had one bad int on an overthrow. The last INT was just desperation in a desperate time, he's gotta do something there

No my friend. I just give credit where it's due. They didn't give up. Ponder made mistakes and he did everything he could to fix it. You can't ask for more than that.

The Redskins scored 14 points off turnovers. That, by itself, is the difference in the game.

Did you watch his rookie year? He sucks. Hes a tunover machine, thats lucky to be in an offense where he doesnt have to make a read or throw the ball downfield. Because he cant do either.

I agree. They lost their focus today and played undisciplined football, making too many mistakes to overcome. However, they fought hard until the end, even after falling way behind. A team this young is bound to have some ups and downs. We knew this would be a tough game and it was... the important thing is to bounce back and earn a win at home next week.
