I'm planning on seeing it but I generally don't go opening night.

The previews looked awesome, IMO.

I went to the midnight showing and liked it

the did a pretty good job of sticking with the original films.

The action was pretty good.

my only knock on the file was it was a little light in the story side
and character development. I gave them a break because they had to spend
a lot of time on the previous films history line.

B+ IMO I like Wolveriene orgins a little better.
no one expects the Spanish Inquisition!

I am saving this movie for middle of the day tomorrow, but 2 of my friends have seen it. So far, from the online reviews I have read it is getting a real harsh reception but I disagree with a lot of what critics say and Falling Down is my favorite movie. So yeah, I think I'll probably sneak some beer into the theater and just have a good time with it.

What does Falling Down have to do with this movie? I liked that one too.

The photo still i've seen of the actual Terminators look different from the ones in the old movies...more cartoonish? They definitely don't seem as menacing as the ones from the first movie. Or maybe its because i'm older now and not freaked out as easily?

Terminator 3 was pretty crappy i thought, so it's good to see that they abandoned that story line.

Went to the theater 35 minutes early to make sure we could get in and get good seats.....so there we sat with the other 4 people who thought this would be a big sellout on opening night! By the time the show started the theater was about a third full...pretty pathetic.

As far as the show went, it was pretty decent. Nothing really too new or surprising. Storyline was kinda weak and it bordered on a mindless action movie to me but in the end it was worth seeing. I'd give it a C+/B-.

Yea I liked it, it really picked up at the end. My fav part was when they showed a certain someone and I was like NO THEY DIDNT. then I liked it when the motorcyclerminator got sucked into that jet engine. The only thing I didnt like was when Connor talked all menacingly like cause if I closed my eyes it would have sounded like batman. That was the only thing that bugged me.

I thought the action was pretty B.A. That whole scene with the motorcycles on the bridge, that was pretty spectacular.

I agree that the action was fantastic and the special effects superb but the storyline is what was lacking for me.

At the end I was like I hope they bring marcus back, he was B.A. I mean he is technically a robot so he doesnt really need a heart. Then my friend was like apparently they have a heart shortage in the future lol. Hes like all those dead soldiers u think they could havest the hearts lol
