How I met your Mother(TV show) 12-15-08

CBS shows a show called "How I met your mother" and there was a scene where 2 of the characters went to a Minnesota themed bar and there are many references to the Vikings. Only last a few minutes of the episode about 9 minutes in but is pretty funny if you are a Vikings fan. Did anyone else see this? If interested the episode will probably be available on CBS.com soon and is titled "Little Minnesota".

edit: wrong about amount of time spent in the minnesota themed bar it is one of the running subplots of the entire episode.

Ah, but there's not a cheesehead character on the show and there is a Canadian.

I love HIMYM so last night's episode was particularly fun.

I liked that Marshall was wearing a #70 (Jim Marshall) jersey. That was a great touch.

Loved the episode. There is local (Charleston) sports radio host that rags me about the '99 NFC Title game every time I call the show. He owns a sports bar and I think I need to make a banner like on the show "I'm going to drink until I forget the 1999 NFC Championship Game" and take it with me this weekend when we play Atlanta. Of course my brother is an Atlanta fan so he doesn't let me forget either.
