What are you doing to pass the offseason?

Run into some old friends from another group or board? Want to do a little schmoozing, talk over old times? Or just some off topic stuff, then this is the place.

I'm watching the pitiful excuse for a baseball team Carl Pohlad has saddled us with.

And I'll be watching the Wild in the playoffs! Woo hoo!

Work... sleep... eat... sleep...

Actually, I don't do much in the offseason. Baseball I guess. Its way more fun when its warm and I can do yardwork or something.

Been on a movie binge lately, buying up about 50 in the last few months. Way more than usual but I just keep finding cheap deals on great flicks.

Watching baseball, and up until yesterday basketball.

And playing way too much Rock Band lately! I don't own it personally at least, or I would be doing nothing else.

I have been passing the time by going to the gym 3 to 5 days a week. Otherwise just work and keeping busy with my kids.

That's what I'd like to be doing, but alas I don't have the funds right now.

What I've been doing (even before the offseason) was buying my first home. At this point I'm closing on Thursday (though we've already moved in under a temporary rental agreement). So a lot of time was spent doing that.

Also, about three weeks ago I was in a lot of pain. I ended up having my appendix removed and the day I got out of the hospital for that ordeal I had to have two teeth removed.

Everything is nearly settled at this point and when I build my money back up after stocking the new house with various things and getting some new furniture hopefully I'll own rock band :)

I was on All-Pro. It's just too easy when you're 6-6, 240 pounds with 99 speed.
