Went to the St. Urho festival this weekend with the kids. The festival, or at least the only one I know of happens in Menahga MN, a small town full of Finlanders.DeeEss57 wrote:Happy St Urho's Day!

They have one in Finland, Minnesota, too. With a parade even. My wife is a Finlander, her mother and grandparents are 100% Finlander. Apparently they guy saved Finland from the locust or something like that. I am Swedish....a true Viking!

See my original post. It was grasshoppers. To save the grapes. Which, of course, Finland doesn't have.
