Run into some old friends from another group or board? Want to do a little schmoozing, talk over old times? Or just some off topic stuff, then this is the place.

Saw it on Youtube. Didn't Cro Cop break his eye socket?
Yes.
I don't want to see Sapp, he's done. His last fight a week or two ago was against Jan Nortje, he lost in the first. He got hit a few times and completely turned his back and started to run away, getting hit every time. Guy is done, can't even take a punch anymore.
And I loved his war with Nogueira...power bombed him once, thought he was going to kill him.

It sure would be an interesting match to watch, but Bob Sapp is even more of a sloppy brawler than Kimbo. Plus he's slow; if Kimbo landed one of his nasty uppercuts to Sapp's chin it would be all over.
Anyone see that clip of Mirco Cro Cop taking down Sapp with that one punch? That was awesome.
I agree with all of the comments about Sapp. He's always been terrible, but it would be fun to see if he could land one of those slow, thunderous bombs of his. Neither one of them belong in the ring.
In any event, I just hope that Kibo gets his head knocked off by someone and then just fades away.
Ok heres my question....has anyone here actually seen a UFC in person?
I was thinking about going to the one at the Target Center in August but cannot figure out if it would be a really fun event or just a "fight" where I have trouble seeing wtf is going on....
No I haven't, but from what I've heard it's more about the atmosphere. I can't possibly see how you could follow the action being away and probably at a bad angle, with cage and posts, cameramen. I suppose it'd depend on the venue also.
I'm also not a big fan of live events though. Definately not spending hundreds on something I could see for a lot less in the comfort of my living room.
Most cheering the target center will have all year though.
