more money or better team?

assume you were a professional football player and became a free agent.

I think I would choose less money and a better team.

Thats really a relative question for the most part. If you have already cashed in, the better team might be what you want as you may be looking for playoffs and or a SB team. If you still arent financially secure or already have a SB you might just want to cash in.

would I play less on the better team? That's a huge factor. If I was told that I would start as the QB in Tampa, but I had to compete to start in Minny I might choose Tampa ;)

Lot of other factors. Sorry to throw in the monkey wrench. Personally I have a job right now that pays less then I could have and not be as happy. I believe I would make the same decision. Its best when you make more money and are happier ;)

i was thinking of this year's Patriot free agents mostly. some of them have SB rings and are signing with other (lesser) teams.
