So i have been doing alot of simulations with fanspeak (usually only the first three rounds) and every time I enter the second round I am constantly seeing every corner available (minus Trae Waynes and Marcus Peters and sometimes Jalen Collins).

You want to train him under Cassell. Watch the Bengals Vikings game this last year and then tell me that. Cassell is a journyman QB at BEST. He has had many many opprotunities to prove himself worthy and has ended up "crumbling". Look at how he ended his career with the Chiefs. Sadly I think that ...

I totally agree with you, I would hate for us to throw more draft picks away to the lowest ranking team next year, but I just think Mariota is the most well rounded and most ready to step into the NFL.

I think my dream scenario would be Re-sign Cassel, Draft a QB in the second round, whatever is best available, train him under Cassel for a year and see what happens. If he doesn't pan out- Draft Mariota next year- I think that guy is a beast! SKOL
