Browns to start Dillon Gabriel at QB, bench Joe Flacco after 1-3 start

Browns are turning the page again. Kevin Stefanski learned something in Viking land. The Browns are yet to score more than 17 points in a game this season. Out of 33 qualifying quarterbacks, Flacco ranks last in the NFL in passer rating (60.3). The Browns can't do anything well on offense so this can't hurt too much. Sanders remains QB 3 while Flacco is the backup. Sanders should have jumped at the chance with the Ravens. Blinded by ego. Maybe KOC will match up with his rookie if things go south early. Flores should overload the box this game. Might be a hand-off fest.
It smells like a silent forfeit. Hopefully we can put up a TD a little earlier like the 3rd quarter and help our D a little.

I'm sure Flores will find a way to enable Gabriel to set some kind of rookie passing record. That, or the Vikings defenders will do it. I still have visions of DK Metcalf running free through our secondary...

It turned out OK when we faced Aidan O'Connell. That was the 3-0 slugfest in Vegas.
