So how did the trip go? I know we were all pulling extra hard for you to get a win.
A friend of mine went the Jax game this weekend, and last year went the game in Vegas. Two straight games, and no Viking touchdowns, but two wins.

Re: Sidebar - ERIK's trip to US Bank
It was a great and expensive weekend trip. Since it was my first trip to US Bank and my son’s first Viking home game, I decided to go all out. First Class flights from Indy, seats lower level on the 20, and the Saturday night dinner at Manny’s. So much for my Social Security check.
My son really enjoyed seeing the whole town decked out in Vikes gear on the street and in the hotel. I’m about two weeks shy of 67 so while I’m enthusiastic, I can’t keep up with his loud nonstop cheering.
As for the game, it was a little to close for my taste. I’d much prefer a blowout, but being a lifelong Vikes fan, I knew that probably was unrealistic. I didn’t really relax until that late 4th qtr TD.
The stadium is awesome and I was able to snag a souvenir cap that I’d been searching for for several years: a white on white cap. I don’t know if I’ll get back next season, but if I do I probably won’t do a $400 dinner if I do. Lol.
