He's 6'5 290. Basically a bean pole. I don't see that holding the point. He'll face Williams 6'1 335. Wait till captain checkdown Kirk sees that match up. He'll tell Ham to shorten his routes. Instead of 3 catches for 3 yards it will be 8 for 2. Udoh might break his 4 holding calls in a game record trying to help out and get 6. That's only minus 60 yards. Captain checkdown might have his doctor give him covid so he can avoid this human bowling ball coming at him. Less health risk with Covid. He has enough coin to beat that. Let's see how much time Cole spends getting shoved into the backfield and/or on the ground compared to Bradbury. I'm curious if there will be any difference between the two.
I don't think Cole will be better than Bradbury, but I doubt he could be worse.
The Vikings really need to see if they can shore up that center position in this upcoming draft. Here's hoping Luke Matthews of Texas A&M decides to enter the draft this year and the Vikings draft position puts them in a position to snag him. He's injured this year so he's not going to have recent tape and he'll be considered a higher risk pick if he does enter the draft, which should push him down the board a bit and make it possible for the Vikings to grab him even into the 3rd. Of course, he might return to college another year and try to improve his draft stock, which makes that a non-starter, but if the stars align, Matthews is your 10-year anchor man on the OL.

He can't be any worse at pass blocking, with Bradbury on his way this season to keeping his title of worst pass blocking center in the NFL. I just keep thinking back to when I thought Samia couldn't possibly be any worse than Elf last season, and then he somehow managed to be just that.

When we picked Samia I thought we had a steal in that draft. Didn't work out like that. He had a short run. If I remember correctly he did start a few games and then vanished. Outside of QB which has been a wash out for Speilman OL players are a close 2nd. Although CB does deserve an honorable mention for 2nd. Even when it looked like he hit it out of the park with Kalil the guy bounced backed down below earth. That's why I'm not jumping on the Darrisaw band wagon yet although I was climbing on board after that first game of his. I'm back on the ground for now. Well Texas A&M is on there radar. I'm sure there's a full time scout or two somewhere in Texas. Unless Rick uses draft kings as his guide. I think Bradbury still has another year of his rookie deal. Cousins is here at least one more so there no sense in breaking up that tandem until there contracts are up. It almost fits perfect if he goes back. Then trader down can use his patented move and collect an additional 7th or 6th rounder and still get him. Of course he'll probably skip a HOF QB while in the process of getting the C position set. If Cousins is still the starting QB next year I won't bother watching. The Vikings and Ravens have met 6 times, with each team winning 3.
In each of the years the Vikings won, they went to the NFC Championship Game.

You dug deep for that one. I don't see how Zim survives if we miss the playoffs. If we make the playoffs and at least make some noise he will be allowed to finish his contract. If we get embarrassed that could be the end also. One thing I did like was I saw our D coordinator talk in a news conference and he's a sharp guy.J.
