The Bores look very fragile on offense right now. I wish we played them at home next Sunday.

When you combine losing a lot of veterans in free agency with key players on your team being done for the year, it's a recipe for a team to fall apart.
That happens to poorly constructed teams
Because every team has starting caliber players as backups. Duh. :|

Given that this team has been pretty competitive for the most part since Zim got here, I wouldn't say it was poorly constructed at all. Lets think about this, even if the cap room was there, would we really be THAT much better right now with those veterans? Rhodes and Joseph werent cut due to the Vikings not being able to afford them. It was because their play was rapidly declining. I did like Waynes and he would have been a help but would you give him $42 million? This board would have been in an uproar if that happened. The only realistic options I saw the Vikings keeping around were probably Griffen and Alexander. I dont see those two players making our 2-5 record any different right now. Then you add on losing arguably the best player on this entire roster in Hunter, Pierce opting out and losing Barr was out of the GM's control.

I'll bet you do!

Thanks. The Bears are the team I hate the most. No earthly idea why. Just do. Probably because games against them feel like a root canal. Plus, we have a really, really hard time winning at Soldier Field.
