Sendejo
Sendejo is having a pretty good game. But he just took out his own teammate with a headshot, just like he always did with the Vikings
Why is he so out of control!!????

Re: Sendejo
He was playing a great game. Aikman was praising his play and called him a heat seeking missile. And indeed he was. I hope Maddox is ok. Man Sendejo didn't even look, he just flew in there and about took his head off. I love his aggressive play, but Jay like with Vikes he just hits whoever is there.

Re: Sendejo
I just read that Maddox has movement in all extremities and looks to be Ok. So glad to read that. I know that Sendejo isnt afraid of contact and loves to hit... but the dude has a bad habit of taking out his own teammates.
He did make some real food plays though. Especially the tipped pass down in the endzone that held the Packers to a FG.

If I were the Eagles I would seriously consider cutting him.

I believe so. I love physical players but ya also have to harness it and use it wisely. He just tries to lay the wood to anyone in his path.StumpHunter wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 7:34 am If I were the Eagles I would seriously consider cutting him.

Harness? Sendejo ate the harness. He's got no control whatsoever, which is why I was glad we went with Anthony Harris.Bowhunting Viking wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 9:08 amI believe so. Re: Sendejo
On the contrary, I think it's a great choice of words. A harness is exactly what Sendejo lacks! Sendejo has so many virtues, chief among them his ability to make big hits, but he lacks control to the point that he often hurts his own teammates. That's just nuts.Bowhunting Viking wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 11:51 amTrue. Bad choice of words thereTexas Vike wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 11:32 am

Re: Sendejo
Maybe straight jacket would even be more fitting. When he was with us, like I said I loved the guys toughness, tenacity and willingness to hit. But I also cringed SO many times when he either A. Made a costly penalty at the worst time because of it or B. Like we saw several times, ended up hurting his own players because of it.Texas Vike wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 2:28 pmOn the contrary, I think it's a great choice of words. Re: Sendejo
I wanted Sendejo off our team for many seasons. I will give Zim credit for turning him around. He's actually talked about on TV now when making plays. Never thought that would happen.
