My attempt to emulate your sheet has failed. Looks like I can't insert an image without a url. Was going to IM the image to you, but can't seem to attach without a url there too. So:

Yeh, I've made a copy of the sheet, and converted it to a .png file. I just don't see a way on this board for me to insert it into a post. any attempt looks for a url, not just a file.

Do you not have access to the attachment functionality?

It looks like I do!
I never thought to look at the bottom. With the bar of icons at the top, it's counter intuitive (to me) to look at the bottom for it.

You would never know I work in IT would you?
