So hard with DII guys. Is he that good or is it the competition? Good thing is he wouldn't have to start but 2nd round seems a little high. Intriguing prospect though.fiestavike wrote:Do you have a take on Nathan Shepherd at DT?S197 wrote:Sigh... Harrison Phillips? I think he'd make a good pick. If he lasts....

Or trade up and select difference Makers. I think Philly, the world champs, have done so. They pick after us.germannorseman wrote:I'm really surprised at a lot of you guys. I mean we pick at 30. I figured this was going to be a very hard draft for us. Baring some miracle the odds of us getting some really great quality people at our spot was pretty slim. The best we could hope for is quality back ups. And that's what we are going to get.

I like how Akers punked the Cowboys.
Let me just enjoy Dallas fans getting #### in their palace, by a kicker of their rival.... to pick the guy Dallas likely wanted and who happens to be named Dallas. Too good.

Don't count on too many DT's being there. My count is there is going to be a run on DT. Atl needs one, Skins need one. Steelers need one.

Vikings fans: "Draft and interior offensive lineman!"
Rick: "No. F-you."
Vikings fans: "COME ON!"
Rick: "Is that back talk?"

Any predictions?
Rapport just reported on Guice RB sliding due to immaturity. We’ll probably draft him.

Re: 2018 NFL Draft Thread
At this point, I assume none of us reasonably expect an OL selected at this point to come in and start this year. That's just how its gonna be. I hope they don't just reach for an OL at this point if they don't have one they really believe in. Select guys who can be good depth now and compete to start next year in the next 2 rounds.dead_poet wrote:Vikings fans: "Draft and interior offensive lineman!"

I'm down for Harrison but it's a little crazy Justin Reid is still available.

Deadrin Senat could be interesting in the 3rd or 4th (if we trade back and get a 4th)S197 wrote:I'm down for Harrison but it's a little crazy Justin Reid is still available.
