I found it funnier that several of those power rankings have the Chargers ranked ahead of us despite the drubbing we gave them three weeks ago.

yeah I know they scored two garbage TD's but our D line crushed them and had Rivers foaming at the mouth...

The Vikes are 11th in Peter King's "Fine Fifteen" this week:

11. Minnesota (2-2). Lots of upside coming off the bye, with a running game purring along at 4.9 yards per rush, and a 67 percent passer getting better every week. Very bullish on the Vikings’ playoff chances.

Rather than a new thread, I will just say this. For those that follow, The Vikings are pretty much ranked 10th in every ranking after beating the Chiefs.

Hopefully our offense can get through it's growing pains and hit some kind of stride. If we want a wild card berth we need to win the next few games and a performance like last Sunday will put winnable games in jeopardy.

Interestingly, the vikings are also 11th in point differential with +2.6. I anticipate moving up in these ranking quite a bit over the next two weeks!
11 Minnesota Vikings 96 83 13 19.2 16.6 2.6

I actually like it better when we "fly under the radar." The last time we were "trendy" we opened the season at SF...

I don't like this... It makes me nervous. It's hard being a Minnesotan sometimes. These teams have been so hard on us over the years, Vikes in particular.
Tortured existence as a sports fan. Hard to just live in the moment and be glad

Yeah but we can't control others.. 5 straight wins especially in division means the radar..
if we are going to win the big one we have to handle the pressure and win big games

I don't have a problem with the Vikings being 6, but putting Seattle at #5 is crap, especially after just losing at home. No 4-5 team should be ahead of the Vikings.

... or in the top 5. I understand they've been to back-to-back Super Bowls but they're still 4-5 (and only there because Detroit was screwed out of a likely win @SEA).
