What teams are going to have new coaches next year? And where are some of the current coaches going to land?

I have to believe Rex Ryan is out. I think Tressman will (and should) get another year. Harbaugh sounds like he will be in Michigan. I

Trestman's as good as gone.
Rex Ryan will probably be out in NY.
I don't know what's going to happen with Jim Harbaugh but from what I've heard in the media, he won't be coaching SF in 2015.

49ers are shooting themselves in the foot.
Bears have a gm problem, not a coaching problem. But I can see Tressman leaving.
Rex Ryan firing has been a long time coming.
Oakland needs to find a coach and stick with him for more than one season.
Sean Payton would not surprise me. mike smith is definitely gone. Lovie smith is probably gone.

Harbaugh.
Mike White.
Trestman.
Rex.
Possibly Tom Coughlin.
Tony Sparano.
Chance that Jay Gruden gets the axe.

Well, according to reports:
Chicago GM Phil Emery and HC Marc Trestman have been fired.
Ryan is out in NY., as is GM John Idzik.
Harbaugh is already out in SF and rumors are flying that he's about accept the Michigan job.
Atlanta coach Mike Smith has been fired.

I wouldn't be surprised if Coughlin 'retired.'
Jay Gruden could be a surprise out.
How Ken Wisenhunt keeps his job (same with Lovie), I have no idea.

They're both first year HCs and they're both coaches who were good enough in the past to coach a team into a Super Bowl. Why hire coaches like that just to fire them after one season? They need some time to get things going. I don't know too much about the Titans at this point but Lovie inherited a team in serious need of personnel upgrades. The Bucs are a project and even though they only won two games, they made real strides on defense after the bye week. They need a better QB and an injection of talent.

I don't understand the Mike Smith firing. Atlanta was good for a lot of years and after two bad years, rather than retool the roster, they fire the most successful coach in the team's fairly poor history.

I not sure i agree with the Marc Trestman firing either. He's not the one who signed Cutler to the stupidest deal ever signed by a taem not named the Timberwolves.
