Prediction: Vikes 34, Panthers 10

We ain't putting up 30+ points, we will however win.

17-13 vikings.

I would like to see us come out in a hurry up offense allowing Teddy to play in his comfort zone and score right away. He doesn't seem comfortable running the scripted plays to start the game. May as well try something different. What we have been doing is not working to start a game.
I expect us to beat u he Panyhers, but I would imagine their fans are looking at us as a game they should win.

When Teddy has put up good numbers at the end of games in the hurry up offense is usually because the other team's defense is playing a prevent defense, which plays right into Teddy's comfort zone as that type of defense gives up the short to medium passes. That's not going to happen at the start of a game (where the defense plays a prevent type defense). I'm not saying it couldn't work, just that I wouldn't expect the same type of results at the start of a game versus at the end of games using the no huddle offense.

I wonder if it's ever happened before (where a team's only points have been 2 safeties in a game).

Edit: just did a quick check and found it has happened once in 1923 between the Racine, Wisc. Legion and the Chicago Cardinals, but they lost 10-4.

Not the Vikings as the 4 points would have to come from the defense.

Rhodes will get tested today by Benjamin. Well, hopefully we put Rhodes on him.

I think we're gonna see a productive offense today.
